What is a Udemy coupon?
Udemy offers its instructors the ability to provide discounts in the form of redeemable codes. These discounts are usually either 70% or 100% off. If you redeem a course with a 100% discount, you will have free access to the course. You can receive a completion certificate upon finishing the course, and you’ll be able to access the course anytime you want, just as if you had purchased it.
How to enroll in a course?
Make sure you are logged in to Udemy. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to sign up first. Remember, the registration process is completely free.
When you find a course on CouponLizard that matches your interests, click on the course title to access the detailed description of what you’ll find in the course.
On the coupon page, you’ll find the “Activate Deal” button. Simply click on the button to be redirected to the course page.
Alternatively, you can click on the “Activate Deal” button directly from the tabs where you are browsing available courses. However, we recommend reading the course description first to make sure it’s suitable for you.
Once you land on the course page, you can click on the “Add to Cart” or “Enroll” buttons.
A new tab will open, showing you the order details, original price, discounted price, and the total of your order (note that when you click on a 100% OFF coupon, the displayed price should be $0.00).
When enrolling in a 100% discounted course, you won’t need to enter your credit card information or any payment method.
Why do some coupons redirect me to a paid (or discounted) course despite finding a 100% OFF coupon on your site?
There could be two reasons:
- 100% OFF coupons are only valid for a limited time, usually around 5 days, and in this case, the time limit has passed.
- 100% OFF coupons are valid for a limited number of enrollments, as decided by the course instructor offering it for free, and in this case, the number of enrollments has been exceeded.
That’s why we highly recommend enrolling as soon as possible in courses, checking the site frequently, or keeping an eye on our social channels.
Why can I find courses that are normally paid but cost $0?
Instructors offer free coupons to encourage students to enroll in their new courses. An instructor who believes in the quality of their work expects honest and possibly detailed reviews from students. These reviews help future students understand that the course contains valuable, interesting, and high-quality material. If an instructor receives negative feedback, it helps them understand how to improve and publish higher-quality courses in the future.
